DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Are you unexpectedly dissatisfied with a product? then you can return it within 14 days. You can (optionally) use our return portal. Below you will find a link to the portal. Some producten can be exchanged for another size. This will be visible in the returns portal.

NB! not all producten can be exchanged. You can also bring a return package to our location yourself.

• Within 14 days of receipt (any defects in a product must be reported by email within 48 hours).
  
• To return you must use the returns form.
  
• Sent back producten must be unworn, in original packaging with price tag and in good condition (no cat hair, etc.);
• You must ensure that you have a proper return package
  (return packages in a shopping bag/garbage bag/transparent bags
  etc. are not accepted!)

Processing time: Returns are usually processed within 2 to a maximum of 14 days after receipt.

To process your return from outside the EU correctly and without delay, we request that you strictly follow the procedure below:

• Registration within 14 days
• Would you like to return an item? Please notify our customer service via email within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• The costs for returning your order are entirely at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.
• Customs clearance and customs status (Crucial)When preparing the shipping label and customs documents with your carrier, you must explicitly mark the shipment as "Commercial Return".
• Import duties and customs costs
  Any customs costs, import duties, or administrative charges arising from the return shipment must be paid in advance or directly by the sender.
  
  Important: If the documentation is not prepared correctly and customs duties are charged to us upon arrival, we will not process this payment. In that case, the shipment will be refused by customs/the carrier and automatically returned to your address at your expense.
  
  Therefore, ensure that all the above steps are strictly followed to avoid unnecessary delays and additional costs. All additional costs remain the responsibility of the customer at all times.
