1. When will my order be shipped when I order?
We have a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days.
2. Are you affiliated with a WEBSHOP QUALITY MARK?
Yes, we have been affiliated with the independent organization "Webshop Keurmerk" since 2015.
3. Can I pay with I-Deal?
Yes, you can pay with I-Deal, Paypal, SofortBanking, etc. It is also possible to pay the amount by bank transfer.
4. Can I contact you for size advice?
Yes, we are ready to provide you with the right size advice. Contact us by email or telephone.
5. Can I reach you by phone?
Yes, we can be reached by phone on +31 174 75 03 61 from Monday to Friday from 10am to 15pm. And no! we are not available by phone in the evenings and weekends :).
6. Can I have the producten send back?
Yes, you can have the ordered one producten or return part without reason. You must do this within 30 days. So you have enough time to do the producten to see and adjust.
7. Can I return my return package free of charge?
No, you can request and pay for a return label online through us!
8. Can I pay afterwards?
No, it is not possible to pay afterwards.
9. Have you received my return package?
If you want to know whether your return package has arrived with us, you can check this with the track and trace number you received at the post office.
10. When will I receive my money back from my return package?
After receipt of your return package, we will refund the money within 14 days to the account from which the payment has been made. Has the 14 day period expired? please contact us.
