THE NETHERLANDS

Shipped within 1 to 2 days, FREE shipping from €125. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

BELGIUM, GERMANY AND LUXEMBOURG:

Shipping costs to Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg FREE shipping from € 125. For an order less than € 125, are the shipping costs € 6,95. Order will be delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

FRANCE:

When ordering from € 70,- or more, the shipping costs are to France € 5,95. Otherwise the shipping costs are € 14,95. Order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

MOROCCO

When ordering from € 50,- or more, the shipping costs are to Morocco FREE. If you order less than € 50,- then the shipping costs are € 9,95. Delivered within 30 to 40 days.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA*:

Shipping € 9,95 for orders with a value over €75 ($80). If the value is less than € 75, then the shipping costs € 19,95. Order will be delivered within 10 to 15 days.

DENMARK, AUSTRIA, PORTUGAL, SPAIN, ITALY, SWITTERLAND, POLAND:

The shipping costs are € 9,95. Your package will be delivered within 5 working days after processing.

ENGLAND, FINLAND, IRELEND, NORWAY, SWEDEN:

The shipping costs are € 14,95. Your package will be delivered within 5 working days after processing.

REST OF THE WORLD:

The shipping costs are € 19,95. your package will be delivered within 7 to 15 days after processing. or select DHL express, which will deliver the package within 2 to 7 days. the costs for DHL express are € 29,95.

* Import duties if outside countries

In case you order from a country outside the European Union, you must take into account local import duties and taxes upon receipt. The amount of this differs per country, you must check for yourself what this amount may be.

RETURN

Are you unexpectedly not satisfied with a product? then you can return it within 14 days. You can (not obliged) use our returns portal. Below you will find a link to the portal. A few producten can be exchanged for another size. This will be visible in the returns portal.

NB! not all producten can be exchanged. You can also bring a return package to our location yourself.

Within 14 days of receipt (any defects in a product must be reported by email within 48 hours).
To return you must use the returns form.
Sent back producten must be unworn, in original packaging with price tag and in good condition (no cat hair, etc.);
You must ensure that you have a proper return package
(return packages in a shopping bag/garbage bag/transparent bags
etc. are not accepted!)
In case of a return outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any Custom Duties which we have to pay at receiving. To avoid this, the customer should communicate with the shipping company that the parcel concerns an e-commerce return.

Returns are usually processed within 2 days up to a maximum of 14 days after receipt.
