SHORTENING SERVICE

We want to make sure that when you receive an abaya from us, it will fit right away! That is why we offer a shortening service. How does it work?

step 1: Add the product to be shortened to the shopping cart.

Step 2: For each product to be shortened, add a shortening service to your shopping cart. You can find this service product under the menu "LADIES/Shortening service". Or click here! If it concerns a set (abaya & petticoat), you must pay for 2x shortening service.

Step 3: You have the option to add comments at checkout. Please specify the desired length of the article as a comment. Please note! the length should be measured from the highest shoulder point. See the red line in the photo below:

Step 4: Make sure you pay for a shortening service product for each product to be shortened. If an item consists of two parts, you also have to pay for the shortening service twice.

Step 5: If you have any questions, please contact us customer service.

Tip: Do you already have an abaya at home that fits well; then lay it flat on the ground and measure it as shown in the photo above.

Shortening a khimar?  When shortening a khimar, you must indicate the number of cm to be shortened.

Our conditions:

1. A shortened product cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. After checkout, no more changes can be passed on, but a cancellation can be made if this is communicated in time.
3. Shortening costs of €15 will be charged per article to be shortened.
4. Shortening takes between 3 and 5 working days.
5. When shortening, always take into account a margin of about 1-2 cm.
